Refunds / Cancellation.

To be entitled for a return or replacement, the product must be unused and in the alike condition that you received it. Product must be in the original packaging too.
Our policy of refund and replacement lasts 72 hours. There will be no return or replacements made after 72 hours of product purchase if the defined period expires.
Non-returnable items are Baby under garments and some Baby Essentials.
If a damage product is delivered to you, kindly send us an email with the product picture at info@divanshu.com or WhatsApp us 8650880388 within 72 hours of receiving the product.
Divanshu reserve the right to decline return requests in case of frequent returns from customers (3+ returns in a year). On some pin codes reverse pickups are not feasible, in this case we need to ask you to ship it back to us.
There are some situations where NO refunds and replacements are acknowledged (if applicable)
- - Any product not in its original condition, missing parts or is damaged.
- - Any product requested for refund/replacement post 72 hours of purchase.
